• Lawn Maintenance: Our landscape crews are trained to perform the necessary work to maintain the property landscapes and avoid violations. Lawn maintenance includes: grass cuts, weeding, edge trimming, sweeping of exterior areas, removal of landscape debris, vine removal, shrub and tree trimming, and mulch refresh among other things

• Cash-For-Keys Transactions: We act on your behalf to conduct the cash-for-keys transactions that maximize your reliability and minimize your costs.

• Initial Secure: We perform initial property inspections, photograph conditions, and report back to our clients on the issues that may cause concern. Initial secures usually include: lock change, securing all windows and doors, winterization (if applicable), and exterior maintenance or initial lawn services.

• Lock Change: Our crew can change the lock(s) on any property upon the client’s request.

• Property Winterizations: Winterization includes turning off utilities, cleaning toilets, draining the water heater and plumbing lines, pressure test plumbing lines, and pouring antifreeze to avoid freeze damage.

• Pool Securing: Pools are a safety hazard when not secured properly and they might pose a violation depending on local ordinances. We provide pool safety covers, boarding, screening, and chemical treatment.

• Debris Removal: We can perform the removal of regular trash, hazards, and natural debris from any property.

• 2nd bid requests: We are trained to provide our clients with bids that are based on industry-accepted cost estimators.

• Allow Access: We are there for you to meet and greet someone at a property to allow them access when needed.

• Initial Maid Services/ Recurring Maid Services: Our Sales Clean Crew is trained to leave the property in marketable condition. Services include: Vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing all bowls, basins, sinks, tubs, and wiping down all countertops, cabinets, appliances, windows, etc.

• Debris Removal: We can perform the removal of regular trash, hazards, and natural debris from any property.

• Repairs and Remodels: We are capable of completing any rehabilitation or repair needed to bring a property up to code or enhance its marketability of the property.

• Emergency Repairs: When the property has safety or threat issues, we can solve your emergencies in an effective and timely manner.

• Winterizations: Winterization includes turning off utilities. Cleaning toilets, draining the water heater and plumbing lines, pressure test plumbing lines, and pouring antifreeze to avoid freeze damage.

• Pool Maintenance: We provide initial start-up pool services and ongoing maintenance. Service includes draining, acid wash, refill, balance chemicals, test/repair pool equipment.

• Eviction Services: We can be your liaison to aid in eviction services, including coordinating with the sheriff at the time of the lockout, rekeying of property, cleanout services. Always complying with local ordinances and following the sheriff's instructions.
