We conduct thorough research, take detailed measurements, and capture photos of the site. Within approximately two days, we provide you with a free, comprehensive quote and schedule a call to review it together.
Upon approval of the project, we set a timeline and begin the work on your dream remodeling project [from a kitchen or bathroom to the complete home]. Our Field Supervisor introduces our crew to you and outlines the work to be performed.
Each project is assigned both an in-office Project Manager and a Field Project Supervisor who maintain close communication with you, our client, throughout the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Once the project is completed, we conduct a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our high standards and your expectations.

A dedicated professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Pedro began his career at Hewlett-Packard in their Electronic Instrumentation division. In 1999, Pedro co-founded GBP Solutions in Florida, establishing the company as a leading mortgage field service provider in South Florida. With a keen eye for growth, Pedro expanded GBP Solution’s expertise by obtaining a Residential Construction License in Florida, allowing the company to successfully venture into construction and remodeling.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pedro is passionate about health and fitness, participating in annual marathons. When he’s not running, he finds joy in music, playing both the guitar and piano. Technical expertise and personal passions shape Pedro’s approachable and dedicated leadership style.
Fabiana Ferrer, an accomplished interior designer, discovered her passion for construction and project management over the past decade. Since joining GBP Solutions in 2008, she has excelled in various roles, contributing to the company’s family-like atmosphere that she values deeply. As a project manager, Fabiana fosters collaboration among homeowners, architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain alignment on project goals. Fabiana is proficient in budget management, and she’s committed to quality assurance, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Fabiana’s commitment ensures that every project is handled with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication, bringing clients’ visions to life. In her free time, Fabiana enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, reading, traveling to new places, and experiencing diverse cultures.
Licensed in Administration and International Trading, Morelba brings extensive experience in accounting and administration to her role as GBP Solution’s Human Resources & Accounting Manager. With prior experience at Consolidated Bank and an entrepreneurial spirit, Morelba is a lifelong learner, having over 10 years of study in astrology. She also maintains a healthy lifestyle through daily yoga practice, and walks.
Married with two children, Morelba highly values her family time, a positive work environment, and leveraging her skills for new opportunities.
With a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Advanced Engineering and Management, this proactive and innovative engineer brings a robust background in building services and engineering projects. Having amassed over seven years of experience across residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors in the US, Lebanon, and Venezuela, Emile excels in project management, facilities management, and construction operations. He has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, from initial planning through execution.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and staying updated on the latest interior design trends, reflecting his dynamic approach to both professional and personal pursuits.
Miguel has over six years of experience in the engineering industry. As a remodeling field supervisor, he maintains high standards of safety and compliance throughout each project’s lifecycle. Believing that meticulous planning, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence are key to successful project coordination, he ensures that every project exceeds client expectations. Miguel is a key member of the GBP Solutions team, consistently demonstrating his dedication and expertise in every project he oversees.
In his free time, Miguel enjoys a variety of activities that keep him physically and mentally active. He is passionate about training and maintaining a healthy diet. Miguel also loves exploring trails and national parks. Miguel’s diverse interests contribute to his well-rounded character and his ability to bring fresh ideas and energy to his role at GBP Solutions.
Zuraly Rodriguez is a dedicated professional at GBP Solutions, where she specializes in obtaining permits. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Zuraly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is committed to ensuring efficient and timely service for clients by maintaining close contact with Building Departments.
Outside of work, Zuraly enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two boys, reflecting her passion for both family and professional excellence. Her goal is to continuously contribute as a valuable asset to her team and enhance client satisfaction through her dedication and skills.
